Yoga Once helps beginners follow and record short daily yoga practices. This policy explains what information the app processes, how it is used, and which third-party services support the app.

2. Information we process

• App activity, including practice starts and completions, check-in choices, settings changes, and screen navigation
• Website activity, including page views, recommendation-demo choices and completion, and key link selections
• Practice records, including routine, completion time, duration, selected feeling, and areas of discomfort
• Account identifiers, including a Firebase anonymous user ID and Firebase authentication identifier when a Google account is linked
• Performance and diagnostic data, including crash logs, app version, device and OS information, and error context
• Reminder preferences and scheduling status

Yoga Once does not require direct identifiers such as your name, phone number, or street address for its core experience.

• Save and restore practice history
• Recommend short practices suited to the user
• Improve stability and diagnose errors
• Improve content and user experience
• Provide requested features such as reminders and account linking

4. Third-party services

Yoga Once may use the following services:

• Firebase Authentication for anonymous sign-in and Google account linking
• Cloud Firestore for practice-history backup
• Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics for app and website usage analysis
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error diagnosis
• Firebase Remote Config for app-version policy and operational settings

These providers may process information as needed to deliver, secure, analyze, and support their services.

5. Health notice

Yoga Once provides general wellness and everyday movement information. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, or professional medical advice. If you have pain, a medical condition, pregnancy, an injury, or a history of surgery, consult a qualified professional before practicing. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

6. Retention and deletion

Local practice history is stored on your device. If you link an account or use backup, some records may be stored in Firebase. Local records can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of a Firebase account and backed-up data, follow the account and data deletion instructions.

7. Children’s privacy

Yoga Once does not intentionally collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian with concerns may contact us using the address below.
