Delete Your Account and Data

How to delete your Yoga Once account

Email the Yoga Once developer at the address below. If you linked a Google account, send the request from that email address when possible so we can verify ownership.

1. Select “Send deletion request.”
2. Keep the subject “Yoga Once account and data deletion request.”
3. State whether you linked a Google account and which data you want deleted.
4. Reply if we request the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership.

Data that will be deleted

• The Firebase authentication account and identifier used by Yoga Once
• Completed-practice records backed up to Cloud Firestore
• Linked practice feedback, including feelings and areas of discomfort

Requests are generally completed within 30 days after ownership is verified. Deleting your Yoga Once account does not delete your Google account.

Data that may remain separately

• Records stored only on your device cannot be deleted remotely; clear app data or uninstall the app to remove them.
• Aggregated usage statistics and diagnostic information that no longer identify you are not included in account deletion.
• Deletion-request emails and processing records may be kept for up to 30 days after completion for handling and dispute resolution.
• Information subject to a legal retention obligation will be deleted after that period ends.
